GOALS AND OBJECTIVES
The Goals and objectives of YEC through its Seven Pillar Mandate/Programs shall include and not limited to:
(a) Improve the moral strength of the World's Youth by conducting regular training, seminars, and workshops on productive cultures of integrity, leadership, governance and quality management competencies.
(b) Promote personal and collective responsibility towards the development of individuals, families, organisations, Nations and ultimately Africa.
(c) Develop and implement Youth Leadership Models (Parliament, Cabinet, Diplomats, Entrepreneurs, etc) that will produce change agents who will exhibit three major characteristics:
1. lead themselves through an active, consistent and challenging self-development journey.
2. Pursue careers in public and private sectors, academic institutions, as well as national and international Agencies and help lead these groups to their highest levels of performance and Achievements
3. Engage actively and collaboratively with other groups towards the achievement of community, national and continental transformation.
(d) Provide training and expert advice to public and private sector organisations in areas of integrity leadership and quality management principles, youth empowerment and development initiatives
(e) Strengthen cultural mindsets that promote transparency and accountability in government and Business environments with the aim of eradicating corruption.
(f) Build personal and organisational capacities through tailored skills development using Yec Leadership Models, seminars, workshops and conferences and coaching programs.
(g) Build the capacity of organisations and faith-based Organisations to increase public awareness of principles and practices of democracy, ethics of hard work, discipline and economic independence through self–development and entrepreneurship.
(h) Establish strategic partnerships with governmental, educational, international agencies, and corporate organisations with whom we share a common passion and vision
