Through robust partner engagement, agreement frameworks and results‑oriented project delivery, the Directorate scales transformative initiatives and strengthens multi‑sector coalitions.

Core Functions

  • Partnership Architecture: Structuring MOUs, joint work plans and impact‑aligned agreements.
  • International Relations: Coordinating global networks, exchange opportunities and multilateral linkages.
  • Resource Mobilization: Developing funding consortia and co‑financing strategies.
  • Program Integration: Aligning partner initiatives with YEC’s seven structures of influence.
