ORGANISATIONAL OVERVIEW

The Youth Empowerment Consortium (YEC) is a registered non-governmental organization in Ghana dedicated to equipping young people for transformational leadership, governance, and national development.

We exist to bridge the gap between youth potential and national leadership needs through training, mentorship, and experiential governance simulations. YEC empowers young leaders, aspiring politicians, social innovators, and entrepreneurs to lead with integrity, responsibility, compassion, and excellence. These are the four pillars that define our leadership model.

YEC operates under a Seven-Pillar Mandate that mirrors the seven spheres of influence in every nation: Governance, Business, Media, Arts & Entertainment, Education, Culture, and Family. Through our model-based leadership programs and real-world engagements, we develop young people who don't just talk about change — they practice it.

"If you want to predict the future of a nation, look at how it trains its youth today." — Youth Empowerment Consortium (YEC)
