As a dedicated agriculturist, development professional, and youth empowerment advocate, I am driven by a commitment to sustainable growth, innovation, and social inclusion. Currently serving as Farm/Project Manager for OCP Africa in the Northern Region and appointed as Training and Skills Development Manager at the Youth Empowerment Consortium (YEC), I combine technical expertise with strategic leadership to advance agriculture, build youth capacity, and champion gender equality.
With extensive experience as Senior Farm Business Coordinator at iDE Ghana, International development Enterprise and Farm Manager at iDE Ghana, I have successfully integrated data-driven insights, statistical analysis, and strategic planning to enhance farm productivity, seed production, and community impact.
My work bridges the gap between academic knowledge gained from the University for Development Studies and practical solutions that empower farmers and strengthen agricultural systems.
In my role at YEC, I design and implement training programs, mentorship initiatives, and leadership workshops that equip young people with employability skills, governance knowledge, and civic minded leadership capacity. As a gender activist, I actively promote inclusive participation, ensuring that women and marginalized groups have equal access to opportunities for growth and leadership. This dual focus on agriculture, youth empowerment, and gender advocacy reflects my vision of creating resilient communities and nurturing the next generation of changemakers.
Passionate about mentorship and knowledge transfer, I cultivate environments where skills and experiences are shared, enabling young people especially women and girls to unlock their potential and contribute meaningfully to national progress.
