Ms Mercy Amoani Osaebea

Ms Mercy Amoani is a dedicated youth leader with a strong passion for youth empowerment, capacity building, and community development. She currently serves as the Procurement Manager for the Youth Empowerment Consortium (YEC), where she brings structure, accountability, and strategic oversight to resource management and program implementation. She holds a Master’s degree in Procurement and has hands-on business experience, which informs her commitment to ethical stewardship, transparency, and value-driven leadership. Her approach to procurement goes beyond systems and processes. It is rooted in responsibility, integrity, and impact. Beyond her role at YEC, Mercy is the Founder and President of The Anims’ Foundation, a youth-focused nonprofit committed to education, empowerment, and creating opportunities for young people. Through this work, she supports initiatives that equip youth with the skills, confidence, and support needed to thrive and contribute meaningfully to society. Guided by her Christian faith, Mercy is deeply committed to servant leadership and character development. She is passionate about inspiring young people to pursue excellence, live with purpose, and play active roles in national development, all to the glory of God.
