The Youth Empowerment Consortium (YEC) has announced the appointment of Mr. Vincent Kusi as its new Projects Manager, reinforcing the organisation’s commitment to effective project delivery, youth engagement, and community-driven development.
Mr. Kusi is a service-oriented professional with a strong interest in business strategy, political activism, youth mentoring, 21st-century facilitation, organisational management, and community engagement. He recently served as the delegate to Youth Model Parliament national Congress and represented the Nsuta-Kwamang Constituency, where he has led and supported innovative community-based initiatives aimed at addressing pressing social challenges. Notably, through his Obrempong Innovates project, Mr. Kusi has championed practical solutions that reflect his belief in the capability and potential of young people, particularly within underserved communities.
In his new role as Projects Manager at YEC, Mr. Kusi is responsible for coordinating and managing organisational projects, ensuring the efficient allocation of resources, and supporting the smooth execution of YEC’s programmes and operations. His work focuses on delivering innovative solutions that align with YEC’s strategic objectives while enhancing operational effectiveness.
